How do I know which visa I need?
The eligibility questionnaire takes 3 minutes and gives you a starting recommendation. The strategy call (free, 30 minutes) gives you the definitive answer with backup paths and timelines.
Do I need to be in the U.S. to start?
No. Most of our clients start the process from abroad. We work entirely remotely until the consular interview, which takes place at the U.S. embassy in your home country.
How long does the process take?
Depends on the visa. Premium-processing-eligible visas (H-1B, L-1, O-1) can be decided in 15 days from filing. Without premium processing, 2-6 months. EB-5 takes 12-24 months. Family-based green cards take 12-24 months.
How much does it cost?
Flat fees disclosed during the strategy call. Costs depend on the visa: H-1B legal fees typically $3,500-$5,500; O-1 $6,000-$9,000; EB-5 $25,000-$50,000. Government fees are separate (USCIS + DOS schedules).
Do you bill by the hour?
No. We use flat-fee pricing across all engagements. The number we quote in the strategy call is the number you pay — no surprise hourly billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank wire transfers, ACH, and major credit cards. International clients can pay in USD or local currency depending on origin.
Will I have a single point of contact?
Yes. Each case is assigned a senior attorney and a paralegal. You'll have direct email and (for active phases) phone access to both.
How will I know what's happening?
You receive status updates at every milestone — petition prepared, filed, USCIS receipt issued, decision arrived. We also flag potential issues before they become problems.
What if USCIS issues a Request for Evidence (RFE)?
We respond to RFEs at no additional charge — they're part of the flat fee. We aim for comprehensive responses that address the question thoroughly to minimize the risk of denial.
What's your approval rate?
Our overall approval rate is approximately 96% across visa categories. Specific rates by visa type are available in the strategy call. Note that no immigration attorney can guarantee approvals — USCIS makes the final decision.
What happens if my case is denied?

Do you offer refunds?
Our engagement letter specifies the refund policy. In short: if we haven't started substantive work, refunds are available. After filing, work performed is non-refundable but USCIS-paid fees may be partially recoverable in specific scenarios.
